Raleigh, NC, November 12, 2007 – Have you been contemplating a new look? Have you been advised to stop treating your hair with chemicals? Do you want to have natural hair by the New Year? Or, perhaps you are new to the area, new to wholistic hair care, or just desire a regular maintenance routine for your natural hair. If any the above-mentioned apply, you are invited to attend a special forum to have your questions about natural hair answered. With a recent surge in people returning to their natural roots—in a market dominated by chemicals and extensions—you may not know where to go locally for natural hair education.
NATURAL ROOTS BY JEY BACKGROUND
The mission of Natural Roots by Jey is to develop positive self-images for people of the African Diaspora by promoting wholistic hair health and wellness through education and service. Established in February 2005, Natural Roots by Jey—under the ownership of a certified natural hair specialist—provides premium quality service and education, a complete line of wholistic hair care products, and numerous natural hair care and wholistic health resources to assist clients on their journey toward healthy hair.
“She not only styles my hair magnificently, but she is committed to her clients having healthy hair,” says Velda Holmes. “ She provides a quality service to her clients, genuinely cares about the health of your hair, and educates you about your specific hair maintenance,” echoes Tandrea Skinner. “I give all credit to Natural Roots by Jey for the success of the re-growth of Nyna's hair. She has also renewed Nyna's confidence by taking extra time to style her hair in different ways and reassuring her about her re-growth, " says Desiree Dewitt. “I was reluctant to try yet another hair stylist. Since I was tired of going to DC every 3 weeks, I decided to give Jey a try. Not only has she been a blessing, but truly a “hair” saver. She took the time to tell me how to properly care for my hair and recommended treatments that have left my scalp and hair healthier than they have ever been,” echoes Tene Williams.
